Our Formula Is Simple: Collect Almost Nothing
Potion Master requires precise measurement. Our privacy policy is equally precise. The Game stores exactly one piece of persistent data: your high score, written to localStorage under the key potm_best. Nothing else is measured, bottled, or stored. The score is kept on your device. Our laboratory has no record of it. If you spill it — by clearing your browser data — we cannot recreate the formula.
Server Logs and External Requests
Loading Potion Master sends one HTTP request to our server. The server's access log records your IP address, browser identifier, timestamp, and URL path. These logs are used exclusively for server monitoring and security analysis. Retention period: 30 days. After that, the log entries are permanently deleted. The Cinzel typeface is loaded from Google Fonts — one external request. No analytics tool, no advertising network, no session recorder, no heatmap script, and no error-tracking SDK is included in the Game. We list these explicitly because the phrase no-trackers can mean different things to different services. In Potion Master, it means none of the above, categorically.
Children, Rights, and Policy Updates
The laboratory is open to all apprentices of all ages. Potion Master is safe for children. We collect no personal data from any player. No parental consent required. Future additions to our data practices — if any — will be written into this document, specifically and legibly, before they are added to the formula.
Your Data Rights
Players in jurisdictions with formal privacy rights — including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and similar legislation — may request information about data we hold. Because we retain only brief, anonymised server-access logs, such requests will ordinarily confirm that we hold no personal data linked to any individual. We respond within legally required timeframes. To submit a request, use the official Potion Master website or repository contact channel.
No Sale, No Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties for commercial purposes. If we were ever legally compelled to disclose server-log data — for example, by a valid court order — we would comply with applicable law. We would not do so voluntarily for commercial reasons, because we have no commercial relationship with any data buyer or broker.
